Margy grew up in a small country town in the southern riverina of N.S.W called Finley. One of 9, she started her singing career performing for her much loved & proud Mum & Dad  who thought her & her sisters were far better than any of the kids on Young Talent Time :-)
After marrying her childhood sweetheart Russ,  the pair formed the the popular coverband 'Broken Promises' in the late 80's and several other popular acts over the next 5 years.
After a  major life change in 1993(read my life after death) the pair moved to the Sunshine Coast in Qld & Margy gave up singing for Motherhood & had three beautiful children Alex, Will & Charlotte(Charlie).
After a long break from the music scene, she released 2 Christian CD'S with  both receiving national airplay.  Two years ago Margy decided to record some of her favorite songs ranging from Billie Holiday to Karen Carpenter and she is quickly becoming a favorite with a whole new audience.
